Slow Flow - Winter 2025 10 week series 1/6 - 3/18
This is an event series

The goal for this class is balance. Balance between strength and flexibility of both the body and the mind. This 60min class incorporates simple flowing sequences aligned to the breath to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and mobility. We will also touch on philosophy of practice and short guided meditation.Pose modifications will be offered - Please listen to your body.
