Mat Yoga

This class will provide slow-moving flow of postures while practicing self-compassion and self-awareness through a playful, fun approach.  Turning the focus inward, and observing we can harness the power of the body to ease the limitations we feel. This class will also touch on philosophy of practice and short guided meditation. 

Beginner friendly. Ability to get up and down from the floor is required.

Slow Flow

The goal for this class is balance. Balance between strength and flexibility of both the body and the mind. This 60min class incorporates simple flowing sequences aligned to the breath to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and mobility. We will also touch on philosophy of practice and short guided meditation.Pose modifications will be offered - Please listen to your body.

Chair Yoga

This class will provide slow-moving flow of yoga postures while seated in a chair. Standing options will be offered if you choose. We will also practice self-compassion and self-awareness through a playful, fun approach.  Turning the focus inward, and observing we can harness the power of the body to ease the limitations we feel. This class will also touch on philosophy of practice and short guided meditation.  Beginner friendly.
