Chair Yoga

This class will provide slow-moving flow of yoga postures while seated in a chair. Standing options will be offered if you choose. We will also practice self-compassion and self-awareness through a playful, fun approach.  Turning the focus inward, and observing we can harness the power of the body to ease the limitations we feel. This class will also touch on philosophy of practice and short guided meditation.  Beginner friendly.
