I teach hatha flow yoga and have been practicing for over 20 years.
As a 20 something out of shape, stressed out professional engineer something needed to change in my life. Looking primarily to improve my posture, I started to practice yoga. This wasn't the only benefit. It also began to calm my anxiety and lessen my stress.
Yoga brought my whole life into balance.
Now, in midlife, as a mother of teenagers, I am looking to keep that balance and teach others to do the same.
I offer private and small group yoga instruction.
My goal is to help you create a strong, balanced body and a mind that listens to your heart
